Women's Stories
Our bodies carry stories. As we play them out we are revealed to each other and ourselves and our well-being is restored.

In this workshop we will let the body lead and reveal its wisdom, using the power of attentive witnessing as a transformative container.
"Body Stories"

We will not only “tell our stories” but fully claim and embody all of ourselves- now, with all that brought us here. We will work with creativity as a way of transforming the rough material of our experiences into gold.

It’s a "work" of play and deep healing at the same time, a kind of ritual that occurs through the collective witness. Work with presence, embodiment, improvisation, inquiry, telling and personal reflection.

Heroine’s Journey
"When women are storytellers, the human story changes" (Elizabeth Lesser)

We are all the powerful "myth makers", influenced by old, cultural myths, uninspected. Now, more than ever is the time to be conscious of the mythical narratives we choose to live by to create the world we wish to inhabit.

We carry so many stories inside and when they are told they get freed up and we get the medicine. It is often in challenging situations, when we might have felt victimized, that we developed our precious gifts and strengths.

By looking at our lives as a piece of art, we bring reverence to it and find the patterns that are specific to us. As we find those patterns and become the heroine's in our story, we find why we are here.

As women, we particularly need it, as we have lost some of the feminine mythology and need to rebuilt our archetypal domain.

We are offering an opportunity to:
Resource and be nourished in your heart and body
Process your experience of the pandemic from a mythical perspective
Connect with a community of women
Find a place of empowerment in your response to life
We will work with creativity as a way of processing to transform the rough material of our experiences into gold.

Health Challenges as Heroine’s Journey
Health challenges are the most common modern day “initiations”. Our body speaks and demands attention, brining us to surrender. Our health struggles often reflect ancestral or collective patterns. Also, on a basic level, they reflect the state of the Earth- where our bodies come from and return to.

This way of learning is a deep and often painful journey. And it is a journey of love and growth.
Using the model of the Heroine’s Journey, we will move our stories of health and illness, and the gifts encased within them. We will create containers for our body-mind to speak to us in creative ways.
"Our lives are at once ordinary and mythical.”
