Healing the Ancestral Relationship Story

At the core of many of our struggles lies the inner and outer split between feminine and masculine principles.

A lot of our relational attitudes were formed in our family of origin - the unspoken codes of being with our femininity, and our relationship to the masculine within and without.

In this workshop, we will explore how these principles live inside us – both as pure energies and as distortions. We will examine the cultural and ancestral legacies we have received around these themes, and how they play out in our relationships, uncovering stories from our past and those we have inherited.

This is an opportunity to explore how ancestral stories shaped us and our relationships. To receive what was wholesome, and put down what we don't want to carry forward. 

Our tools include presence practice, nervous system regulation, movement, play, inquiry, writing and improvisation.
