Embodied Parts Work - 2 Saturdays- Healing and Awakening Series for Women

This is a transformational series of workshops, that also stand-alone, inspired by the wisdom of Internal Family Systems, Embodied Awakening, Constellations, Fooling, Somatics and Movement, offering a unique, immersive experience brought together by Theatre of Awakening.

This course is an invitation to dive deep and meet the many parts of yourself with curiosity, compassion, and playfulness. Through embodied exploration, we will develop a healthy internal system, supporting your sovereignty as the inner leader, your Self.
