Individual Work Agreement

I look forward to our work together.

 

Our sessions can take place in person or on online. 

I work from a spacious cabin at 5 Newman Crescent, Dartington, TQ9 6HJ. 

Sessions duration is 1 hour 15 min.

 

Please attend sessions on time, and I will end them at the original agreed time.

I ask that you give me at least 24h cancellation notice or the session will need to be paid for in full.

After the initial session we will decide if we continue working together.

I invite ongoing reviews, whenever the need arises. At any time, you are welcome to discuss your progress and/or your needs.

 

Everything we share in our sessions is strictly confidential although I might discuss some content in supervision without mentioning identifying details.

I will only disclose content if there is a serious risk of harm to self or other or if required by law (for a court case etc.)

 

The cost of the session is £65 (unless different agreement was made) payable by bank transfer or by Pay Button on the 1:1 page.
